Exciting things are going on around the Tidewater Gardens Transformation Project, including the release of People First's Year 3 Annual Report AND a brand new website where you can check out all the great work they're doing!
People First, the entity created by Urban Strategies, Inc. to fulfill the City's commitment to improving the quality of life for Tidewater Gardens families while the redevelopment of the community is underway, has supported 98% of Tidewater Gardens families in the areas of housing, employment, health and wellness, and education since its inception in 2019.
