NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - A Norfolk man has been arrested for a stabbing that left a man dead in Ocean View.
On September 2, 2022, around 9:40 p.m., police were dispatched to the 1300 block of E. Ocean View Avenue for the report of a stabbing victim. When officers arrived, they found Marcos Mata-Monjaras, 46, of Norfolk, suffering from life-threatening injuries. Mata-Monjaras was pronounced deceased at the scene.
As a result of the investigation, Tiran L. Wilson Jr., 38, was arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder.
Wilson is currently held at the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
