NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A Norfolk woman has been charged following a stabbing early Monday morning in the 300 block of S. Military Highway.
On October 12, 2020 around 2:30 a.m. police responded to a residence for a report of a stabbing victim. When officers arrived, they located a man who was suffering from a stab wound. The man, Dwan Winborne, 39, of Norfolk, was transported to Sentara Leigh Hospital for treatment, where he later died as a result of his injuries.
As a result of their investigation, detectives have charged 32-year-old Shana C. Winborne, with Second Degree Murder. She is currently being held at the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
