NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A woman has been arrested and police are looking for suspects in connection with a shooting that occurred inside a parking garage at MacArthur Mall on Thursday afternoon.
On June 25, 2020, around 4:00 p.m., Norfolk police responded to a gunshot disturbance inside a parking garage at the mall.
When officers arrived, they found two men suffering from non-life-threatening gunshots wounds. Both were transported to the hospital for treatment and are expected to be okay.
At this point in the investigation, 42-year-old Michelle L. Taylor, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, has been arrested and charged with malicious wounding, use of a firearm, and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Taylor is currently being held at the Norfolk City Jail without bond.

Norfolk Police are asking for the public’s assistance with locating 19-year-old Deric L. Stokes, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who is wanted for malicious wounding, use of a firearm, and conspiracy to commit a felony.

In addition, police are asking for the public’s help with identifying the man pictured below.
