These permits affect on-street parking in Willoughby, Lambert’s Point, Larchmont, Broad Creek, Highland Park, ODU, Ghent, West Ghent and Downtown.
Submit your application through August 7 at Parking’s self-service portal. Or head to www.norfolk.gov; click the round “Parking” button and then click “Customer Self Service.”
To ensure the health and safety of our residents and staff, all applications and renewals will be processed online. Customers will receive confirmation within two days, approval or disapproval within seven business days of applying. Permits will be mailed.
