Friday, February 22 - Monday, February 25, Waterside Drive between Saint Paul's Boulevard and Atlantic Street will be closed to all traffic and pedestrians for demolition and permanent removal of the elevated pedestrian bridge near Commercial Place.
Waterside Dr Pedestrian Bridge Demolition Closure
NORFOLK, VA - Beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, February 22 through Monday, February 25 at 5 a.m., Waterside Drive between Saint Paul's Boulevard and Atlantic Street will be closed to all traffic and pedestrians for demolition and permanent removal of the elevated pedestrian bridge near Commercial Place.
Motorists are encouraged to use Main Street, City Hall Avenue, and Brambleton Avenue via Saint Paul's Boulevard and Boush Street as alternate routes. Norfolk Police will assist with traffic.
