NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A home invasion this morning on Thompson Road has left a man injured.
Around 9:15 a.m., dispatchers received a call to the 8000 block of Thompson Road for a person possibly suffering from a gunshot wound. When officers arrived, they found an adult man suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound. He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he is expected to be okay.
Detectives have not released a motive or suspect information at this time.
