NORFOLK, Va. – (NPD) Police are hoping a surveillance video helps identify a man who stole a purse containing a credit card and then used the stolen card to make purchases.
The victim told police she left her purse on a chair inside the Hilton Norfolk The Main, around 
8 p.m. on Sunday evening and when she returned a few minutes later, her purse, along with here credit cards, were missing.
The woman notified her bank who informed her that her card was used a local Target and Applebee’s restaurant.
The suspect is described as a white man wearing a blue shirt and black pants.
