NORFOLK, Va. – (NPD) Police are looking for an unknown man in connection with a vehicle larceny that was caught on camera early Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred March 6, 2018 around 4 a.m. in the 3200 block of Hyde Circle.
The man, seen on a security camera, broke into a vehicle parked in a driveway and stole several personal items.
