[ARCHIVED] Woman arrested after stabbing in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A Norfolk woman has been arrested for stabbing a man Tuesday night on Lead Street.

Chrystal M. Gregory, 26, of the 1300 block of Lead Street, has been charged with one count of malicious wounding. 

Gregory was arrested after police responded to her home on Lead Street for a report of a stabbing victim. When police arrived, they located a 31-year-old man suffering from a non-life threatening stab wound. He was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment and is expected to be okay.

There were no other injuries reported.

Gregory is being held in the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
