NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives have identified the man found fatally wounded on Harrell
Avenue as 19-year-old Daquan D. Davis.
Davis, of the 900 block of Newtown Road, was found outside in the 2800 block of Harrell Avenue after police responded to a gunshot disturbance call around 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital by medics where he was pronounced deceased.
Detectives have not released a motive or suspect information at this time; however, they encourage anyone with information to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
