NORFOLK, Va. – A 19-year-old is facing a malicious wounding charge after police found his older brother stabbed Wednesday afternoon.
Shortly after 1:10 p.m., police responded to the 2400 block of Middle Avenue for a report that a bother had stabbed his older brother during an argument.
When police arrived they found a 26-year-old man suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but is expected to be okay.
Stefan Freeman, 19, was taken into custody at the scene and has been charged with malicious wounding. He is currently being held in the Norfolk City Jail with no bond.
Police have not released information on what started the argument that led to the stabbing.
