Norfolk Arts manages the Public Art Program, the Offsite Gallery, and Grants for Arts and Cultural programming.

Norfolk Arts is dedicated to making Norfolk a nationally recognized arts and cultural destination providing extraordinary moments by extraordinary people.

We foster the development of Norfolk's non-profit arts sector through grants annually. Norfolk Arts strives to unite, energize and inspire the unique nature of Norfolk through the visual arts.

Offsite Gallery

We are proud to exhibit the artwork of local artists on the 2nd level of MacArthur Center. Exhibitions are free and open to the public and rotate every 6-8 weeks.

Grants

Norfolk Arts awards grants annually to not-for-profit organizations that benefit the citizens of Norfolk . A special  Arts Equity Grant is available to select organizations for productions at the historic Attucks Theatre.
